We’re Hiring: Recruitment Resourcer (Food, Driving & Industrial Sectors) 🚨

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
*
Supporting Recruitment Consultants with candidate matching and placements
*
Building and maintaining candidate databases
*
Managing compliance and ensuring all right-to-work checks and documentation are in place
*
Providing excellent candidate care and maintaining ongoing relationships
✅ What We're Looking For:
*
Previous experience as a Resourcer or in a fast-paced, candidate-focused role (preferred)
*
Knowledge or understanding of the food, driving, or industrial recruitment sectors (advantageous)
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using recruitment platforms
*
