Job Description
Gap personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our busy Mansfield office on a permanent basis.

Hours of Work; 0830am-1700pm , Monday to Friday
Salary; £25,000 - £27,000 per year
What You'll Do:
Source, identify, and through various channels including job boards, social media, gap personnel recruitment portal
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service
Manage and update our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Provide a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
Complete various administration tasks as needed
Control the candidate security screening process
What We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
Strong administration skills
It will be a benefit if you own and drive your own car, but not essential
