Candidate Manager
Location: Westbourne
Salary: Up to £26,000 Per Annum
Extras: Bonus Opportunity & Quarterly Company Incentives
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (2pm Finish on Friday's)

Tru Talent is on the look-out for a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer to support our team of highly skilled 360 recruiters. You will be resourcing across a variety of roles for both Automotive Departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer:
Source candidates directly and proactively.
Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations.
Build and nurture internal and external relationships.
Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal system to accurately track applications through to completion.
Create and adapt job adverts to align to your client's requirements.
Account manage all existing clients by providing exceptional service.
Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
Your Skills and Experience to be Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer:
Having worked in a target driven environment
Customer service or telesales experience
Previous resourcing experience is advantageous
Share our company values
Ability to show resilience
Confident with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships
