Recruitment Resourcer – Walsall
Pay rate £12.50 per hour Part Time / Full Time
We are currently looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer, to work as of our onsite support team at a highly prestigious client in Wakefield.
Job Requirements
* Make a large number of outbound calls to applicants and carry out telephone interviews
* Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability
* Liaise regularly with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines
* Proactively source and attract candidates using databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital tools
* Conduct direct candidate outreach via emails, phone and social media
* Write and post compelling job adverts across multiple platforms
* Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients
* Support candidates with interview preparation and post-interview feedback
