The Role:
As part of the renewables team, you’ll be:
* - Sourcing top talent for key roles across the gas and renewables sectors.
* - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to placement.
* - Using online portals to guide candidates through applications, assessments, and onboarding.
* - Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring placements meet their timelines.
* - Progressing into client-facing account management as you grow within the role.
