An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Driver Hire Reading, an award winning Recruitment Company based in Reading. Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics Recruitment Company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and driver training.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who will benefit from the experience of working in a busy office environment and being part of a team of 3. In order to thrive in this position you must be a friendly, hard-working recruitment resourcer. This is an exciting opportunity for any resourcer who is meticulously organised and has the drive, ambition and wherewithal to cut it in the often manic world of recruitment. So, if you’re looking for an exciting and challenging role, then this varied position is definitely for you.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with candidates over the phone and manage their entire recruitment process
* Sell a range of job roles to candidates
* Source candidates using a variety of techniques and maintain sourcing lists
* Utilize and update in-house CRM system in line with company process
* Provide leads and market rates to delivery team
* Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Requirements:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Prior telesales/sales experience is preferable
* Ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment
* Interest in recruitment
* Driven with a competitive nature
* Looking to progress within a reputable company
Working Week:
Any 3 days of the week from 8am to 4pm
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 OTE pro rata
