WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AS A RECRUITMENT RESOURCER?
You’ll be the engine behind our recruitment success—sourcing and engaging candidates for roles in education, including Teaching Assistants, Teachers, and school support staff.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build relationships is essential. You’ll work closely with a busy consultant, so being proactive, organised, and adaptable is key.
Hybrid working is available, with a mix of office and remote days, including virtual 1-2-1 sessions.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Hitting weekly KPIs with full team support
Writing compelling job adverts and sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and headhunting
Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and face-to-face)
Formatting CVs professionally
Collaborating with our compliance team to ensure candidates are fully vetted
Recommending top candidates to fill live vacancies
ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?
Previous experience in recruitment, specifically resourcing
Confident communicator—especially over the phone, and not afraid to be on the phone 50% of the day
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Natural relationship builder and team player
Curious, investigative, and great at asking open questions
Resilient, accountable, and results-focused
Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
Stable work history with clear career progression
