Candidate Resourcer – Construction & Engineering Recruitment
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Candidate Resourcer to join our busy recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and is eager to develop into a full Recruitment Consultant role.
Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing and engaging with candidates for site operative and engineering positions.

Conducting candidate screening, referencing, and compliance checks.

Speaking with clients and decision makers to understand their requirements and promote our services.

Proactively making calls to candidates and clients to build strong relationships.

Updating and maintaining our recruitment database with accuracy and attention to detail.

Supporting the delivery of recruitment projects for major construction and engineering clients.
