Job Description
Taylor Stevenson are seeking a recruitment resourcer to join our rapidly expanding team in Doncaster.
Taylor Stevenson is an employment business recruiting within the Logistics, Industrial and Construction sectors of professional personnel to various contracts and clients across the UK. We are one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in the North within these sectors and are always seeking professionals who wish to work within a thriving industry.
We are seeking an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment who can support our busiest Industrial division recruiting and vetting staff across the UK to support our national contracts, this job role is suited to anyone who enjoys telephone conversations and speaking to people. Experienced preferred but will consider trainee candidates.
JOB DUTIES:
* Conducting telephone interviews
* Resourcing candidates
* Matching candidates to specific job roles
* General Admin Duties
* Registering candidate packs and "Right to Work" documents on the CRM system
* Liaising with clients for reference checks
* Liaising with regularly candidates for availability
* Payroll and time-sheet processing
* Taking on call phone for occasional weekends and holiday cover
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good attitude and willing to work
* IT literate
* Exceptional communication skills
* MUST be Confident on the telephone
* Admin Experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Recruitment resourcer experience (not essential)
Working hours - Monday-Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30-15:00
