The Role:
Are you a confident, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and connecting people with the right opportunities? We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive to join a busy team, working with employers across Leeds to identify vacancies, generate leads, and provide a tailored recruitment service.
This role combines sales, account management, and candidate matching. You’ll be focused on developing strong employer relationships, sourcing job opportunities, and supporting individuals into sustainable work. Success in the role comes from balancing commercial drive with the ability to engage employers and deliver a high-quality service.
Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers through meetings, calls, and networking events.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, both digital and face-to-face.
Manage employer accounts by delivering consistent, high-quality service and securing repeat business.
Promote vacancies internally and externally, ensuring job information is accurate and accessible.
Pre-screen candidates to ensure suitability, arrange interviews, and manage feedback.
Liaise with internal teams and training providers to coordinate tailored pre-employment support where needed.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems in line with data protection and compliance requirements.Required Skills:
A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and develop positive relationships.
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple employer accounts and meet deadlines.
Flexible approach, with the ability to travel locally and occasionally work outside standard hours.
Previous experience in sales or recruitment, ideally with a track record of securing vacancies and supporting candidates into roles.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to close vacancies and win business.
Knowledge of the local labour market, recruitment trends, and growth sectors.
Experience working to targets in a sales or business development environment.
