Recruitment / Senior Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Staff - Altrincham - Chemical Engineering

Set up in 2015, the company has grown year-on-year providing contract, permanent staff and RPO/MSP solutions to clients across the life sciences, new technologies, chemical manufacturing and similar highly regulated market sectors.
Our chemical engineering team offers an unmatched depth in knowledge, credibility and network/reach. Supplying chemical engineers, process safety engineers, project engineers and HSE specialists to clients across the UK and Europe, this highly successful division forms one of the cornerstones of the business.
A gap now exists in this well established, successful team for a Recruitment Consultant to join and contribute towards the continued growth of the business. You'll be supporting contract and permanent staff vacancies, providing opportunities to earn commission from day one - you'll understand what it means to genuinely specialise in a niche industry, and to provide a compliant recruitment service.
You'll have previous recruitment experience: permanent staff, contract, ideally both, and you'll have the curiosity and drive not just to meet demand in a busy department, but to develop your own niche and grow the business. If you don't have previous experience in business development, then you'll have the ambition and determination to take it on.
