Are you a driven Education Recruitment professional with a passion for SEND and a proven track record in billing and team leadership?
We are looking for a Secondary/SEND Billing Manager to lead from the front, driving success on your own desk while inspiring and coaching a growing team.
You’ll play a key role in our ambitious growth plans, managing day-to-day operations, mentoring consultants, and building lasting client relationships in Secondary and SEND sectors. You’ll also ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards, setting the benchmark for quality and performance.
