We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and committed individual to join our team as a Recycling Operative. This role plays an important part in ensuring our recycling operations run safely and efficiently, with opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Load materials onto recycling machinery.
*
Separate and remove contamination, disposing of it as directed.
*
Maintain and improve housekeeping standards across the facility.
*
Transfer materials as required.
*
Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions to gather and process materials.

Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements

A strong work ethic with reliability and commitment to shifts.
*
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, moving to permanent nights after training.
*
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
*
Team player with good communication skills.
*
No previous experience required — full training provided.
