We are recruiting for a Recycling Site Team Leader to oversee the safe and compliant operations of their Waste Disposal Facilities across Herefordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a supervisory role or similar.
Location: Herefordshire.
Pay: £12.74 + Performance Bonus.
Company van provided for this role.
Weekly Pay.
Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 8am-4pm. Some overtime will be expected to meet business requirements.
A Full UK Driving Licence is a requirement of this role.
This will initially be a temporary position, which will then lead on to a permanent role for the right candidate.
As a Team Leader, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day management of the recycling centres around Herefordshire, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. This is your opportunity to lead a team and make a tangible impact on the environment and the community.
