Red Teaming Security Consultant – Fully Remote
We are working with a specialist penetration testing organisation who are looking to expand their red teaming capability. This is a fully remote role, offering the chance to join a highly technical team delivering advanced security testing and offensive security projects for a wide range of clients.
As a Red Teaming Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and delivering complex engagements that replicate real-world threat scenarios. You will work closely with clients to help them understand their security posture, identify weaknesses, and test detection and response capabilities. The role will cover a range of offensive security activities, from targeted attack simulations and covert operations through to collaborative purple team exercises.
We are interested in speaking with consultants who have:
Strong background in penetration testing and offensive security.
Experience delivering red team or adversary simulation engagements.
Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or CBEST/TIBER.
Knowledge of common attack techniques and toolsets used by advanced threat actors.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in clear business language.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CREST, OSCP, OSCE, CRTO) are desirable but not essential.
