Job Description
Job Summary
Candidates will be expected to install, maintain and repair air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump systems. There will also be tasks relating to performing scheduled preventative maintenance on refrigeration and heat pump systems.
Must have previous experience of with the above as well as being able to fault find/ diagnose system failures.
Key Requirements
* Being able to work under own initiative, while also being able to work within a team on large scale projects, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
* Willingness to teach and mentor apprentices.
* Display effective problem-solving abilities to ensure project success and overcome challenges.
* F-Gas Certifiation (Desireable)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning, refrigeration & heat pump systems or equivalent (Desireable)
* UK Driving Licence.
📍 Highlands - Inverness📍
📅 Start Date: ASAP/ 2026
⏲️ Hours: Mon - Fri (40-50 hours per week)
🛏️ Accommodation may be provided for for those travelling on a weekly basis but preference would be for candidates who stay in/around the areas listed.
