Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are one of the UK's leading facilities management specialists, delivering refrigeration maintenance services across a major commercial / retail estates nationwide.

Salary & Benefits

Salary - £45,000 to £48,000 basic
 OTE - £55,000 - £60,000
 On Call Standby - £195 per week (1 in 4 weeks)
 Working Week - 40 hours, overtime payable for time over contracted hours

Holiday - 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)

The Role:

Carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket sites
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration systems
Complete PPMs and reactive works during scheduled store visits
Work on CO₂ refrigeration pack systems
Undertake minor installations and system alterations where requiredRequirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsIf you're an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking to progress, earn strong OTE, and work within a well-structured contract with clear expectations, we want to hear from you.
