Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer based within 50 miles of Bristol (or open to relocation) looking for your next challenge with a company that truly values your expertise?
A leading UK refrigeration specialist is rapidly expanding and has secured several major new contracts across the NHS, food production, dairy plants and regional distribution centres!
We’re looking for a solid, reliable Refrigeration Engineer with strong experience and a great attitude—someone who wants to settle into a long-term role and be part of a brilliant team.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 5 years of experience working on refrigeration, water chillers, and/or ammonia systems (ammonia training can be provided)
* Experience with F-Gas (essential), and ideally CO₂ and/or hydrocarbons
* Good understanding of refrigerants and system diagnostics
* Electrical qualifications would be a bonus
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to continuously learn
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Service, maintain, repair, and commission commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
* Diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults (including PC/PLC-based controls)
* Work with major clients across food, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
* Provide detailed technical reports and liaise with clients on site
