Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Refrigeration Engineers based within a 20-mile radius of our clients Manchester office. These are full-time, permanent positions offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience.
Position Details:
*
Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer
*
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + OT
*
Location: Manchester and surrounding areas
*
Travel: Candidates must be willing to travel as part of the role
Key Responsibilities:
*
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and water chillers
*
Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
*
Working with split, VRV, and VRF systems
*
Commissioning experience is advantageous
Candidate Requirements:
*
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
*
Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience
*
Proven experience working with water and commercial chillers
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Clean UK driving licence
*
Valid DBS check (or willing to obtain)
*
Computer literate and comfortable using a tablet for job logging
*
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
