About the Role:
Keyman Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing and well-respected refrigeration contractor who deliver high-quality service and maintenance to clients across the food manufacturing and hospitality sectors.
We are seeking an experienced and confident Refrigeration Engineer to join their team, working on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across sites in West London as well as London and surrounding areas. The role is focused on service, breakdown, and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend breakdowns and carry out diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems.
* Work across a mix of food production facilities, restaurants, and food retail environments.
* Provide a high standard of customer service and act as a professional representative on-site.
* Participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota.
* Maintain accurate records using company systems and documentation.
* Liaise with the office team to ensure timely and effective response to client needs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial refrigeration servicing and breakdowns.
* FGAS certification (essential).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent fault-finding and customer-facing skills.
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
