Start Monday are recruiting on behalf of our client, a family run Catering Equipment Company, for an experienced and qualified Refrigeration Engineer to join their well-established and growing service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities.
About the Role:
This is a field-based position where you'll be responsible for:
Carrying out reactive service calls and fault finding
Performing PPM (planned preventative maintenance)
Occasionally assisting with installation work
Communicating effectively with customers to deliver a high standard of service
Participating in the on-call rota (currently 1 in 5 weeks)
Completing accurate job documentation in a timely mannerRequirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Relevant experience as a Refrigeration Engineer within the industry
F-Gas certification (essential)
A full, clean UK driving licence
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat's on Offer:
