️ Refrigeration Engineer – Nationwide (Home-Based) ❄️
📍 Location: Home-based (HQ in Leicestershire, travel required)
💷 Salary: Circa £45,000+ (depending on experience, hours & overtime)
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime available
🚐 Company Van + Door-to-Door Pay
🔧 About the Role
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a respected engineering team. You’ll be working on a wide range of refrigeration equipment across customer sites, with occasional travel to the main office and the possibility of some overnight stays.
This is an engineer-led business – quality of work always comes first. If you take pride in doing the job right, not just quickly, this role is for you.
✅ What We’re Looking For

A refrigeration engineer with solid hands-on experience
*
City & Guilds refrigeration qualifications (preferred, but strong experience will be considered)
*
F-Gas certification (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Someone who is:

Conscientious and detail-focused
*
Able to work independently but also as part of a supportive team
*
Committed to first-time fixes where possible
💰 What’s on Offer
