Job Description
A great chance to work for a long standing family run company that specialises in refrigeration and air conditioning. They have built their business with a management team that boasts 60 years combined service and experience, couple that with their low staff turnover and that means their clients are getting the most personal service available. They are expanding due to a new client so a great opportunity to be looked after.
As a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer you will be:-
* Covering south Essex, north kent, and east London with a smaller amount being in central London
* Providing service, maintenance and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration (75% refrigeration) and also some installation
* Working on cold rooms, walk in fridges and freezers and ice machines
* Working with fish and produce markets in east London as well as meat and poultry supplies in the area
Skills Needed to be a refrigeration engineer and air conditioning engineer:-
* Experience doing service and maintenance as a minimum on refrigeration equipment, and ideally some installation experience
* F Gas Certificate and NVQ level 2 refrigeration
* Living in south Essex, north kent, or around the east London area would be great
* Having any experience dealing with panels and building cold rooms would be a massive advantage
Salary and Benefits of a refrigeration engineer:;-
* 35-50k basic salary depending on experience and level
* Travel pay and call out rota and overtime
* Van, phone, fuel card, uniform
* 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (this increases with length of service)
* Overtime, call out rota, company benefits
* Extra payments for working any Christmas or new year bank holidays
