Are you looking to grow your skills and become a fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer? Join a supportive and fast-paced team as a Refrigeration Improver, working with a leading multi-site retail client across the Basingstoke and surrounding areas.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s F-Gas certified, has some hands-on experience, and is eager to build a career in Refrigeration. You’ll be on the move daily, gaining exposure to a variety of refrigeration systems and challenges while working alongside seasoned professionals.
What You'll Be Doing:
*
Carrying out routine maintenance and reactive refrigeration tasks at retail sites
*
Assisting experienced engineers with complex diagnostics and repair jobs
*
Delivering excellent customer service in a high-demand, mobile environment
*
Using IT tools to manage work orders and reports on the go
*
Travelling across your assigned patch with a company van
*
Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in every 4)
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
*
F-Gas Certification (C&G 2079)
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Some hands-on refrigeration experience
*
Ability to work independently and professionally in customer-facing situations
*
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*
Awareness of H&S procedures
