Wild Recruitment are looking to recruit Refuse Loaders in the Southampton area to work for a busy waste collection company
This Refuse Loader role is temporary but ongoing
£12.26ph PAYE
Shifts are Monday - Friday, 6.30am to 3.30pm
What you will be doing as a Refuse Loader:
Working with a Class 2 Refuse driver helping to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.
Working as part of a 3 man crew
Operating the bin lift.
You must comply with health and safety procedures and policies at all times.What we need from you for this Refuse Loader role:
The ability to undertake heavy lifting
The ability to walk over long distances
Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team
You will need to attend and pass an induction before starting the role
You will need to be happy to work in all weather conditionsNo Refuse experience needed - full induction and training given
