Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Refuse Loader to join our waste management team in Droitwich. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team.
Start Time: 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday
Own Transport Required: Due to the early start and future driving opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the collection of household and commercial waste
* Working safely as part of a small team
* Ensuring timely and efficient waste collection routes
* Supporting drivers during rounds
Requirements:
* Clean UK driving licence
* Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic
* Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting and walking
* Own transport essential due to early start and location
* Willingness to be trained and upskilled to Class 2 driver
