They are now looking to appoint a Regional Account Manager to cover the North East of England, inheriting a thriving territory built on long-term relationships, technical trust, and a loyal customer base. Your mission? To deepen existing partnerships while proactively identifying new commercial opportunities across OEM and MRO clients.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing and expanding an already successful territory across the North East
*
Building on relationships with key industrial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
*
Prospecting for new opportunities across OEMs, end users, and MRO clients
*
Offering technical solutions and support, with the backing of an exceptional internal team
*
Developing commercial strategies tailored to customer needs
*
Staying ahead of regional trends and aligning solutions to sector-specific challenges
*
Representing a technical portfolio with confidence and credibility
What you’ll need:
*
A background or qualification in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
*
Strong technical knowledge in products such as bearings, belts, chain, couplings, gearboxes, motors, and associated mechanical components
*
A proven ability to sell technical solutions in a field-based environment
*
A commercial mindset with a natural ability to develop business and spot opportunities
*
Good understanding of key industrial sectors in the North East (e.g., manufacturing, process, marine, energy, aggregates)
*
Someone who thrives on being consultative and value-led, not transactional
