You’ll be responsible for: * Generating leads and engaging with employers to win new business. * Developing and maintain employer relationships. * Attending meetings with decision makers to discuss their recruitment needs. * Creating proposals and working with our in-house marketing team to develop presentations to win new business. * Reporting sales data and forecasts on a regular basis to the Head of Sales. * Cross-selling companywide services, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service. Experience and Qualifications * Developing new business and client relationships. * Track record of winning business. * A recruitment background is essential * Experience of sales and cold calling * Generating your own leads, negotiating, winning, and closing new business deals. Core Competencies * Self-management – manage workload effectively. * Can do attitude. * Relationship management – develop and maintain productive relationships with your Team, Senior Management, and Clients. * Customer focused – committed to understanding client needs and buying signals.
