Joshua Robert is working with a growing, well-capitalised property business seeking to appoint a Director of Property Management to lead and develop its commercial portfolio across.

 The Role
 The successful candidate will take responsibility for a diverse commercial portfolio, including office, retail, and industrial assets, ensuring strong operational performance and client satisfaction.
 Core responsibilities will include:
  
Leading and developing a regional property management team 
Managing and strengthening key client relationships 
Driving financial performance across the portfolio 
Overseeing budgets, service charge management, and reporting 
Identifying opportunities for business development and portfolio growth 
Contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business  Candidate Profile

Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
