We are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager who thrives in a diverse and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a requirement for a Regional Facilities Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
This role will involve managing Facilities Services at a major, high-profile site, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
The Regional Facilities Manager, will be responsible for:
* Manage and oversee all additional works on behalf of the client, ensuring high-quality delivery and full compliance with contractual obligations.
* Coordinate and manage sub-contractors to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and within budget.
* Monitor performance against CPI, KPI, and PI targets, ensuring continual improvement and client satisfaction.
* Control and monitor project costs, achieving agreed financial and operational targets.
* Lead on audit preparation, management information reporting, and operational finance tracking.
* Establish and manage site and priority escalations to ensure effective, timely responses.
* Build strong and collaborative working relationships with all customers and stakeholders, consistently delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Manage, develop, and motivate a professional multi-disciplinary team, ensuring objectives are set, monitored, and achieved, and that all employees receive regular appraisals and personal development plans.
* Lead by example in health and safety management, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual legislative requirements, including OSH and CDM standards.
* Support the development and delivery of new works and business growth initiatives through proactive problem-solving and process improvement.
* Ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed within contractual SLA and KPI targets.
* Oversee operational risk management, induction, and safety training requirements across areas of responsibility.
* Maintain a strong understanding of hard services (mechanical, electrical, and asset management) and soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste).
* Lead on Business Continuity Planning and support environmental and sustainability initiatives across the site.
To be successful for this Regional Facilities Manager role you must have:
* Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or Operations Manager within FM management and small works projects.
* Strong people management skills, with experience leading teams and managing sub-contractors to deliver against CPI, KPI, and PI targets.
* Financial management expertise, including cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting.
* Experience supporting and participating in audits with strong knowledge of management information and operational finance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines.
* Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety legislation, holding a valid OSH certificate and knowledge of CDM regulations.
* Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical, building services, or air conditioning/refrigeration.
* A proactive, driven, and professional approach, with a focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
