Regional General Manager
£80,000 - £85,000 (OTE £120k) + Company Car + Progression + Benefits
Wisbech (Commutable from King' Lynn, Peterborough, Downham Market, March, Swaffham, Spalding or surrounding areas)

Within this, role you will responsible for ensuring each site delivers profitability, a best-in-class customer experience, as well as full compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

The Role -
Lead multiple dealerships to achieve profitability, customer satisfaction and compliance with standards
Develop and deliver regional strategies aligned with company objectives
Great OTE as well as multiple progression pathways
The Candidate -
Leadership experience within the retail motor industry
