Regional Lead Nurse – Complex Care (Adults & Children) Location: London Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Benefits Hours: Full-time, Permanent About HFH Healthcare HFH Healthcare is a leading provider of specialist nurse-led complex care to adults and children in their own homes across London. Working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, we deliver highly specialised, outcome-focused care packages that enable clients with complex health needs to remain safely at home. Our care is delivered by trained Healthcare Assistants, assessed against in-house competencies and supported by multidisciplinary Hub Teams. We are committed to CQC excellence and being the preferred provider for clients requiring complex interventions in the community. The Role We are looking for an experienced Regional Lead Nurse to oversee clinical service delivery within a defined region of London. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will lead a team of Nurse Case Managers and work closely with the Regional Care Manager to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care for our clients. This leadership role will see you directly influencing service quality, client satisfaction, and team performance while building strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and healthcare partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Nurse Case Managers to deliver outstanding complex care in line with clinical and operational objectives. Partner with the Regional Care Manager to ensure integrated clinical and operational delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and NHS partners to promote HFH’s service model. Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with contractual, clinical, and commercial standards. Monitor service quality through audits, client feedback, and performance data, implementing improvements where necessary. Manage escalations, complaints, incidents, and safeguarding matters in line with policy and timeframes. Provide clinical coaching, mentorship, and competency sign-off for nurses and carers. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, governance frameworks, and HFH Healthcare’s standard operating procedures. About You NMC-registered nurse (Adult, Paediatric, or RMN) with significant leadership experience in complex care, community nursing, or acute care. Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcome-focused services. Strong understanding of CQC compliance, safeguarding, governance, and clinical audit. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Flexible approach, including participation in the managers on-call rota. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
