Position: Regional Manager
Location: Ruskington, Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + Company Car + Quarterly Bonuses!
Hours: Full Time

Careermakers have partnered with an exceptional Care Provider in the Midlands area seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple homes and provide strategic support to head office. With a supportive senior management, as a Regional Support manager you will receive full support & have the chance to progress your career further.

Responsibilities as a Regional Manager:

  * Lead and support managers across multiple care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care.

  * Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  * Collaborate with head office to implement policies, governance frameworks, and service strategies.

  * Mentor and develop teams to deliver outstanding resident outcome

Requirements as a Regional Manager:

  * Minimum of 3 years home management experience

  * Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Regional Support role

  * Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care)

  * Full UK Driving Licence
