Regional Manager– M&E

Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth | Office & Hybrid Working Options Available

The Opportunity

Unify is proud to be partnering with its sister company, Resolve, to support the growth of an exciting new division.

Recognised as an Investor in People and a winner of the Breakthrough Culture Awards, Resolve is a specialist managed service provider of plant, tool, and equipment hire.

Thanks to the team’s hard work and the success they’ve achieved, we are now launching a brand-new specialist division focused on selling M&E equipment to clients across the water, data centre, and renewable energy industries.

This is a rare opportunity to step into something at ground level and play a pivotal role in shaping its direction, growth, and long-term success. You won’t just be joining a team, you’ll be helping to build one, with the backing of an established, high-performing business behind you.

Proven experience selling M&E equipment is essential for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities

· Building and maintaining strong business relationships to create long-term partnerships

· Leveraging existing opportunities and identifying cross-selling potential

· Working closely with the internal buyer/procurement function to build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts

· Ensuring a smooth order process and maintaining accurate information on the CRM

· Conducting market research
