Regional Manager position (12 month FTC) at Scanlans Property Management
Location – Hybrid / Birmingham
Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday

Scanlans property management are dedicated to property management and property management issues, and have been providing our services to residents, leaseholders, managing agents and investors for over 25 years. We manage properties throughout the Midlands and North West from our offices in Manchester and Birmingham, as well as in Liverpool, Leeds and the Greater Yorkshire area and Chester. Our professional property managers are fully trained and qualified Members of the IRPM and Assoc RICS.
The role of Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of Property Managers to deliver high quality Property Management services to our clients.

What will your role look like?
To effectively lead and develop a team of Property Managers. Ensuring each of the Property Managers within the team are working effectively, identifying training requirements and implementing change as required.
Carry out development audits as necessary to ensure Scanlans responsibilities are met.
Manage performance effectively, recognising and rewarding good performance and ensuring poor performance is resolved effectively within a timely manner.
Effectively manage the customer relationship in the event of issue escalation.
To liaise with the accounts department to ensure that the team are providing accurate financial management for their developments.
To oversee the management of contractor relationships ensuring that our customers are receiving the highest levels of service.
Manage developer clients to encourage New Business opportunities for Scanlans.
To sign off high value project work and invoices as necessary.
Do you have these skills?
Advanced level of experience within Residential Property Management.
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Demonstrable experience in managing and leading a team.
Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
Proven negotiation skills.
High levels of attention to detail.
Effective client handling skills.
The ability to liaise with a wide range of people.
The ability to drive and promote improvements with peer groups and work effectively and confidently with all levels of the business.
