Job Title: Regional Member Support Manager
Salary : £55,000 + Car + package
Locations: South West UK
Remote Role - once a Month in office.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across clients to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
Deliver training on clients standards and processes, supporting a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new clients .
Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified partner prospects to support continuous network expansion.
Drive service quality through operational improvements and the implementation of best practices.
Conduct regular partner performance reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help achieve KPIs.
Submit structured weekly reports to the Head of Operations, maintaining open communication to safeguard and advance clients strategic goals.
Define and communicate clear performance targets aligned with clients Agreements and overall business objectives.
Develop and manage budgets effectively to support operational goals and financial targets.
Identify and onboard new partners through strategic outreach, including lead generation and cold calling.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with depot principals and operational teams across the network.Ideal Profile:
Experience within the Pallet Distribution Network
Operations experience within a Logistics or transport business
Commercially Minded with the ability to grow Contracts as well as onboard new ones.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Implementation of new process's as well as refinement .
