What You’ll Do

Lead the tendering and estimation process for high-profile commercial projects

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector
*
Oversee subcontractors and project delivery teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
*
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
*
Maintain rigorous standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance
*
Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and performance
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience delivering glazing or similar projects in the commercial sector
*
Strong track record of managing tenders, budgets, and project deadlines
*
Excellent subcontractor and client relationship management skills
*
Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities and drive growth
*
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
*
Industry certifications (e.g. CSCS card) would be advantageous
