Location: Field based role - South / South West of the UK

About the Role
W Talent Property & Real Estate are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a skilled Client-Side Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and infrastructure installations across retail and commercial sites.
You'll manage contractors, drive timelines, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple construction projects from detailed design to completion.
Manage contractor performance, safety, and quality.
Coordinate with local authorities and internal teams.
Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure compliance with HSE, CDM, and building regulations.
Track costs, mitigate delays, and maximise operational uptime.What You'll Need
Proven experience in infrastructure, utilities or construction project management.
Strong knowledge of HSE/CDM regulations and construction standards.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the South West region of the UK (Midlands to South Coast, Devon & Cornwall)What's on offer…
