Job Description:
A leading group of nursing homes is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee quality standards across multiple locations in Kent and West Sussex. The ideal candidate will possess significant regional or operations experience within a quality role, with a proven track record in adhering to CQC regulatory requirements in the nursing home sector. While nurse qualifications are preferred, they are not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulatory requirements across all nursing homes within the region.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance systems and processes to enhance care standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams to maintain high-quality care delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic quality improvement plans.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff competencies and performance.
- Utilize data and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a regional or operations role within the nursing home sector.
- Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and part work from home, subject to business needs.
- Ideally nurse qualified, though not essential.
- Valid driver's license for electric car provided as part of the package.
