Regional Sales Engineer – Sensors

Region: South of England (South of Milton Keynes)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 DOE Company Car / Car Allowance Quarterly Bonus Annual Bonus (£100K OTE)
Are you a driven Regional Sales Engineer with a passion for engineering and customer engagement? This is your chance to join a growing and ambitious business that’s at the forefront of sensor and data acquisition technology for the test and measurement market.
As a Regional Sales Engineer, you’ll cover the South of England, developing strong customer relationships, promoting innovative sensor solutions, and identifying new opportunities across multiple industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Civil, Rail, and Industrial OEMs.
What You’ll Do
Act as the direct point of contact for customers, providing product demonstrations, technical advice, and commercial proposals.
Cross-sell a full range of high-performance sensors across existing and new accounts.
Collaborate with international suppliers and internal technical experts to deliver the right solutions.
Attend exhibitions, follow up leads, and identify new market opportunities.
Provide detailed visit reports and maintain strong communication with the internal sales team.What You’ll Bring
Background in engineering or electro-mechanical systems (qualification or apprenticeship).
Understanding of sensors (pressure, force, position, vibration, strain, or data acquisition).
Enthusiastic, tenacious, and highly organised approach with excellent communication skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships across technical markets.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South region.Why Join?
