We’re recruiting a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for a leading financial services provider. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong broker relationships, driving growth and managing a high-performing regional portfolio.
The Regional Sales Manager Role
* Grow and manage a portfolio of brokers within your region
* Achieve monthly sales, volume and retention targets
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain long-term relationships across the broker market
* Promote new products and deliver exceptional service
* Analyse performance data and report trends to senior management
* Attend industry events to raise profile and expand your network
About You
* Strong field sales or relationship management experience (financial services and broker experience desirable)
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Confident analysing MI and spotting performance trends
* Highly organised with strong time and territory management skills
* Driven, proactive and comfortable working remotely
