What You Will Do:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial, fleet, retail, and hospitality sectors in your assigned region.

- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, site visits, solution proposals, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets.

- Act as the subject matter expert, presenting product specifications and benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions from sale to deployment and maintenance.

What You Will Bring:

- A proven track record of successful B2B field sales experience, ideally 3-4 years.

- Experience in EV hardware or related technical sectors such as renewables, electrical equipment - this is essential 

- Strong negotiation, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to close complex sales cycles.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.

- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, coupled with a passion for e-mobility and sustainability.
