Your Territory

Scotland, with occasional travel across to Northern Ireland — an established patch with a loyal customer base and genuine room to grow.

The Role

Stepping into this position, you'll take the reins of a proven and profitable territory, selling a market-leading range of technical fixings and specialist anchoring products into the façade, cladding, and building envelope space.

Your time will be weighted heavily toward contractors — roughly four days in five — with the remainder spent nurturing distributor partnerships. Rather than a transactional sell, this is a genuinely consultative, technically engaged role: you'll be spotting opportunities early in a project's life, working hand-in-hand with the internal technical and specification teams to turn interest into secured business.

Key Responsibilities

  * Own and grow sales of the specialist fixings and anchoring portfolio throughout Scotland

  * Cultivate lasting relationships with contractors operating in façades, cladding, and the wider building envelope sector

  * Spot opportunities early and influence specifications before competitors get a look in

  * Partner closely with the technical and specification teams to convert interest into confirmed business

  * Take full ownership of an established, high-potential territory

  * Keep distributor relationships warm, while your primary energy stays focused on contractor-led demand

  * Travel throughout Scotland, with occasional trips across to Northern Ireland

The Person

We're looking for someone driven, energetic, and genuinely comfortable being out in the field — building relationships and generating demand directly with contractors.

What We're Looking For

  * A track record in selling technical products within the construction sector

  * Experience specifically in fixings, façades, cladding, or the building envelope space is a genuine plus — though not a dealbreaker

  * Real technical curiosity, with the confidence to explain complex product solutions clearly

  * A demonstrated knack for building contractor relationships and getting in early on specification opportunities

  * A self-starting, consultative approach to selling

  * A stable, consistent career history — frequent job-hopping won't be considered for this role
