Regional Sales Manager – Heating & Plumbing Solutions Location: East Midlands/Anglia (PE, NR, IP, CB, and CO postcodes) Permanent – Full Time Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 About the Role We’re looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory in the East Midlands and Anglia. In this field-based role, you’ll represent a well-established and innovative manufacturer of high-quality domestic heating systems – including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, and water heaters. You'll be the face of the brand for merchants, installers, and key industry stakeholders in your region, with a clear focus on building relationships, driving growth, and identifying new sales opportunities. What You’ll Do * Build and nurture relationships with plumbing installers, merchants, and industry influencers. * Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share. * Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the best-fit solutions. * Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service. * Resolve customer issues efficiently, always aiming for long-term satisfaction and loyalty. * Drive lead generation and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships. * Monitor performance through sales reports and forecasts, using data to inform strategy. * Use promotions and incentives creatively to drive revenue while maintaining profitability. What We’re Looking For * A proven sales leader with experience in the plumbing and heating industry. * Experience in manufacturing sales and a solid understanding of distribution channels is highly advantageous. * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management capabilities. * A natural leader with the ability to support and develop a high-performing team. * Deep product knowledge of domestic gas and oil boilers is a must. * Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a results-driven attitude. * Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies and industry agreements. * Experience designing and executing regional sales initiatives. * Familiarity with working alongside plumbing merchants, local authorities, and social housing providers is a bonus.
