Regional Sales Manager – Formwork| Shoring Systems
North England preferred, but open to Midlands
£45,000 – £50,000 base + uncapped commission (1.5% paid on receipt)

The Opportunity
A high-impact opportunity for a Regional or National Sales Manager to take ownership of promoting a premium Shoring system. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in unlocking its commercial potential and driving top-line revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and grow existing accounts across contractors in the Shoring and formwork sectors
Sell to rehire companies and rental partners within construction (e.g., temporary works and plant hire specialists)
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and post-sale account care
Work collaboratively with internal departments including manufacturing and designIdeal Candidate Profile
1–10 years’ experience selling formwork/shoring systems or similar high-value technical construction products
Demonstrable sales performance, ideally with a track record of £1.5M+ annual revenue
Established network of contractor and/or rehire clients
Confident, self-starting sales professional able to operate autonomouslyWhy This Role?
