Job Description
Bright Selection is delighted to be representing an established and highly regarded care home provider in the recruitment of a Regional Support Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to support the financial performance and delivery of high quality outcomes across a portfolio of Care Homes in Kent and South London. If you're passionate about inspiring positive change, empowering teams, and driving excellence in care, this is the role for you.
Requirements:
RMA or equivalent
RGN
Experience of successfully managing care homes
Financial management experience
Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Regional Director in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
Co-ordinating and delivering professional support to a portfolio of elderly care homes
Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home
Quality and service improvement work
Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
£75,000pa
Performance-related bonus
Life insurance
33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
