Job Description
MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Regional Voids Lead on a Permanent basis in North West London.
As the Voids Lead you will work closely and effectively with other key stakeholders on a daily basis to challenge and improve any time slippage and clearly document when this occurs so we can consistently track where improvements can be made. All systems must be kept up to date and all administration functions be kept on top of as part of the efficient running of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
To drive key to key turnaround performance within a Region, highlighting efficiencies or inefficiencies in the monthly reports. Ensuring the corporate strategy to reduce void losses.
Instigate, drive, challenge and document weekly meetings with key stakeholders to improve performance of voids in the region
To have overall responsibility to ensure that key stages in the process are met within timescales and to collate and evidence and escalate when these SLA's are not being met
Collaborating with staff at all levels and to effectively communicate, motivate and persuade and drive performance of others that contribute to the voids process
To ensure approvals are sought and responded to within agreed timescales
To question use of SOR's, scope, quality and challenges and escalate when there are issues so they can be dealt with quicklyRequirements:
Similar role experience or part professional qualifications
Good questioning skills to interrogate information or data being provided by systems/others
Experience in the use of NHF SOR codes
Commercial knowledge would be advantageous
Competent user of Excel taking data and bringing meaning to it.
Experienced in creating written reports
Previous supervisory experience related to key tasks and performance of othersBefore You Apply
