Registered Care Home Manager – Residential Care Home
Location: Essex
Salary: £56,500 + Outstanding Bonus Scheme (OTE £100k+)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Home Size: Medium | CQC Rating: Good

Are you an experienced Registered Care Home Manager looking for your next career move? I am recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider in Essex for a dynamic and confident leader to manage a medium-sized residential care home with a Good CQC rating.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated manager who enjoys leading a service with autonomy and shaping the culture of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Lead the day-to-day operations of the home

  * 

    Maintain excellent CQC compliance and high-quality care standards

  * 

    Support, develop, and inspire the care team

  * 

    Oversee staffing, occupancy, budgets, and resources

  * 

    Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals

  * 

    Represent the home locally and support continued occupancy growth

Requirements:

  * 

    Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing home

  * 

    Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)

  * 

    Strong leadership and communication skills

  * 

    Proactive, organised, and passionate about exceptional care

What’s on Offer:

    £56,500 base salary

  * 

    Exceptional bonus scheme:

      * 

        £1,500 per month for maintaining target occupancy

      * 

        £1,000 per month for each additional occupied bed

      * 

        Realistic OTE over £100,000
