Registered Fostering Manager 

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £56,900 (raising to £63,000 in 18 months)

NonStop Consulting is supporting a leading Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands in their search for a permanent Registered Fostering Manager. The role is fully home-based, providing great flexibility and work-life balance. Travel throughout the region will be required.

Responsibilities:

You will report directly to the Operational Director and be registered with Ofsted for the East Midlands region

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service including oversight of Team Managers, Social Workers, Support Workers, and admin staff.

You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region

Registered with Social Work England
