Registered Fostering Manager 

Location: South West England

salary up to £56,900

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South West of England area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. 

This is a home based role, allowing you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work - life balance. 

Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:

The Registered Fostering Manager will join a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation. They have been rated as one of the top 5 employers in the UK recently so it is a very nice place to work for. 

They are a therapeutic fostering agency, so the Registered Manager will put an emphasis on trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches.

The Registered Fostering Manager will report to the Operations Director and will oversee a very stable and friendly team, which includes Deputy Managers, Supervising Social Workers, Panel Members and some admin people.

Requirements:
